HI, I’M EUGENE PINCHUK

Father. Endurance Athlete. Longevity Practitioner.

I’m 41 years old, a father of two young children, a full-time professional, and a competitive endurance athlete representing Team Canada in triathlon. Like many modern parents, I started my family later in life. When my children turn 30, I’ll be in my 60s or 70s.

Biology doesn’t pause because we chose to become parents later. After 40, energy declines. Recovery slows. Stress compounds. If we don’t build intentionally, the default direction is gradual decline.

That realization changed how I live.

Over the past decade, working with elite endurance coaches — including one affiliated with the Olympic team and a former top-100 professional triathlete — I studied the foundations of long-term performance: energy management, metabolic health, recovery science, and disciplined lifestyle structure.

But more importantly, I tested everything on myself.

What I share isn’t theory. It’s a structured system built inside a real, demanding life.
